Group Registration Instructions:
There is a group registration discount available for groups of 10 or more. All participants must be registered at one time. For additional information regarding this, please contact the Office of CME at 215-955-6992 or at jeffersoncme@jefferson.edu.
Cancellation fees will apply. Please see http://jeffline.jefferson.edu/jeffcme/Airway/ for the group registration cancellation policy. You may make substitutions up to 10 days prior to the start of a workshop by notifying the Office of CME in writing.
