Unable to connect? Try the following solutions:
1) If you use Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0:
Your Security Settings need to allow Meta Refresh, which is disabled if Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 Security Settings at set at "High."
From the Internet Explorer pull-down menu, please choose Tools, then Internet Options, and the Security tab. Click the Internet globe icon.
Under Security level for this Zone, either choose:
- Default Level: then choose Medium on the slide bar
- Custom Level: then under Settings: Miscellaneous - Allow META REFRESH, select the Enabled button and click OK.
2) If you use a personal firewall, especially Norton brand:
Try turning off your personal firewall while you connect to AccessMedicine.
