My Transcript

This transcript includes the TLC courses for which you registered and/or attended, beginning with the 2006-07 year. In addition, Policies and Procedures Courses are included since January 2006. Once your attendance and successful completion of course requirements is logged in by TLC staff, your transcript indicates that you earned credits and you can print your certificate. Be sure to give your supervisor a copy of your transcript and the individual certificates to document your completion of required Philadelphia Infant/Toddler training credits.

If you have trouble logging in, be sure you are using the correct WEB-ID. If you have changed your last name and registered for courses under a new name, you will have 2 transcripts to access. Be sure you try current and previous surnames for your complete record.
