Does the library have any available meeting rooms?
There are ten small-group collaboration rooms on the second floor of Scott Library available to Jefferson students--four by reservation and six first-come, first-served. Each room is fully equipped with a computer, a large flat screen monitor, and a writing surface.
In addition, six small rooms available on the third floor of Scott for individual use or pairs. These rooms are not reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis for up to 4 hours. Room keys must be checked out from the second floor Service Desk and may be checked out a second time if the room is not on hold by another student.
Faculty and staff may request the use of the computer classrooms for committee work or educational activities.
Use the online request form below to schedule an electronic classroom and AV equipment. No fees are charged for university events. Non-Jeffersonians may request the use of the electronic classrooms for a fee.
