For basic assistance with software, visit the Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor of the Scott Memorial Library, or the Jefferson Alumni Hall Learning Resources Center (room M13A-East and M13B-West). Staff there will be pleased to help you.

If you need detailed assistance or a tutorial, you may want to contact our Education Services division about on-demand training sessions on a variety of topics, including effective use of our databases, reference management software, Microsoft office products such as PowerPoint, and education software such as Blackboard.
