How can I get withdrawn copies of ACOG bulletins and opinions?

ACOG has published several series of standards and guidelines including Committee Opinions, Education Bulletins, Technical Bulletins and Practice Bulletins. Since 1998, these have appeared in their journal, Obstetrics & Gynecology (aka, "the Green Journal"), although they're not included in the online version until 2002. Scott Memorial Library provides access to the current titles via print and electronic subscriptions to Obstetrics & Gynecology and two loose-leaf binders in the Reference collection.

Withdrawn ACOG guidelines back to 1959 can be purchased from the ACOG Resource Center: resources@acog.org, 202-863-2518 (reference desk), fax 202-484-1595
