Who do I contact for assistance with my course (i.e. accessing content, troubleshooting a problem, etc)?
If you are having problems understanding the content in the course, you should contact your instructor.
Be aware that student enrollments are not loaded into courses until exactly one week prior to the start of the school's semester. Also many faculty keep a course unavailable until the actual start date of the course. If your course has not started yet, wait until the first day of class to access the course content. If the course has started and you are having problems accessing the content, or other technical issues, you can go to the Learning Resources Centers at the Scott Building (2nd floor) or the Jefferson Alumni Hall Learning Resources Center (room M13A-East and M13B-West) for hands-on assistance. Persistent login issues should be logged with Jeff IT by opening a service request on Blackboard (http://www.jefferson.edu/jeffit/request/) and calling the student IT helpline at 215-503-7600.
It is also possible that you are not recognized as being properly enrolled in the course. Check your registration status on Bannerweb and contact the Registrar if there is a problem.
