Why isn't my course listed on Blackboard?

Student enrollments are not loaded into courses until exactly one week prior to the start of the schools semester. It can take up to a day for new enrollments in Banner to transfer to Blackboard. If you have just enrolled in a course through Banner today, please check back tomorrow to verify that you have been added to the course on Blackboard. If it has been more than one day, and the course still isn't available on Blackboard, you will need to put in a Jeff IT service request detailing the problem. The link to Jeff IT's online service request form can be found in the list of links on the left side of the Blackboard login page under Support Links. You do not have to be logged into Blackboard to put in a service request.

If your course registration isn't listed in Banner, please contact the Registrar for assistance. You must first be enrolled in the course through Banner before Banner can update your Blackboard listing.
