Self-service black & white laser printing is available on all four floors of the Scott Library and the Jefferson Alumni Hall Learning Resources Center (Suite M-13 JAH). Laser printing is available 24 hours per day on the first and fourth floors of Scott Memorial Library. Your ability to use specific printers will depend on the rolling implementation of the new payment system. SeePayment Options for details.
Standard paper is 20 lb. white. Users may provide their own paper, but there is no cost reduction for doing so. Standard printing is one-sided.
A networked color printer is located by the East stairwell (near the magazine collection) on the 2nd floor of Scott Library. To print your document in color, select HP_Color_LaserJet_SML2... from the Print Dialog Box on any PC or Mac on the 2nd floor. Retrieve the document by swiping your Jefferson ID through the wall-mounted terminal above the color printer.
Staff-assisted color printing is also available in the JAH Learning Resources Center using a Jefferson Copy Card. You must provide the file(s) to be printed on removable media (diskette, CD, thumbdrive, etc.) for staff to print on your behalf.
For more sophisticated reproduction requirements, AISR's Medical Media Services provide a full range of sizes and formats.
