Laser Printing

Self-service black & white laser printing is available on all four floors of the Scott Library and the Jefferson Alumni Hall Learning Resources Center (Suite M-13 JAH).

Staff-assisted color printing is available in the JAH Learning Resources Center, at the Scott 2nd floor Circulation Window, and at the Scott 2nd floor Reference Desk.

Laser printing is available 24 hours per day on the first and fourth floors of Scott Memorial Library.

Standard paper is 20 lb. white. Users may provide their own paper, but there is no cost reduction for doing so. Standard printing is one-sided.

Printing Fees

Printing fees are payable by copy card upon receipt of prints.

Copy cards:

cost $1 to purchase;
may hold as much money as you wish to deposit;
are permanent; and
may be recharged as needed.

Purchase a copy card at the Library Circulation Window (2nd floor Scott) or by machine at the JAH LRC.

Please note: copy cards are non-refundable.

Color Printing

Color printing is available at the JAH LRC and both the Scott 2nd floor Circulation Window and Reference Desk. At the JAH LRC and the Circulation Window you must provide the file(s) to be printed on removable media (diskette, CD, thumbdrive, etc.) for staff to print on your behalf. At the Reference Desk you may either present your file(s) on removable media or request staff assistance to print from web-based resources.

Please note - the color printer is not networked for access from student computers.
