The Gold Humanism Honor Society Members: Kanani Titchen

Originally from Hawaii, Kanani now lives with her husband Lou in Philadelphia, where she attends Jefferson Medical College. Kanani has been active in numerous campus and national organizations but counts involvement in GHHS as one of her greatest honors. When she's not hitting the books (at times literally!) for med school, Kanani enjoys simply listening to patients' stories, writing, running, playing the piano, horseback riding, improvisational acting, traveling, and consuming dark chocolate.

Kanani is a member of the Arts and Humanities Committee of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
