Study Spaces at Jefferson

First Floor study area
First Floor Study Area
Scott Building

Thomas Jefferson provides a variety of research and study spaces for students and faculty members. Study spaces are available on all four floors of Scott Memorial Library, Jefferson Alumni Hall, and elsewhere on campus.

Individual Study

Quiet study is the rule on the fourth floor of the library. Individual carrels and desks on the second through fourth floors are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Comfortable seating on the first floor of the library invites casual conversations.

Group Study

AISR’s Learning Resources Division also oversees group study areas in the Jefferson Alumni Hall. Several tables are available on the second floor of Scott Library for collaborative study.
