Reserve a Library Meeting Room or Learning Resources Classroom
Academic & Instructional Support & Resources (AISR) provides
one conference room, one lecture room, and 5 computer classrooms in Scott Library and the Learning Resources Centers. Additional specialty electronic classrooms are supported by AISR Learning Resources; all may be reserved.
All classrooms are free for use by members of the Jefferson community; faculty and staff may reserve them in advance. AISR’s Learning Resources Division schedules the rooms and supports the computers, while AISR’s Medical Media Services Division supports the projection equipment.
When unreserved, students may use the classroom computers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unless otherwise noted, rooms are equipped with laser printer access, MS Office application software, Internet access, instructor's workstation with projection screen, and Jefferson computer-based learning packages.

Priority
Reservations to support coursework or examinations are given priority.
Other uses are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
When not required for course support, all AISR meeting rooms are available
for rent to other organizations. Fees vary according to profit/nonprofit
status of the organization. To inquire about fees & availability,
