Reservation Policies

Computer Classrooms

The Learning Resources Center electronic classrooms support the mission of the University by providing computer access to the faculty & students of TJU. The first priority of the classrooms are to support the curriculum. Classrooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Class size and software needs are contributing factors in assigning classrooms.

Classroom reservation requests are accepted only via our reservation form.

The classroom is not reserved until confirmation has been sent to the requestor.

When not required for course support, these classrooms are available for rent to other organizations. Fees vary according to profit/nonprofit status of the organization, and number of computers required. Clinical Models

Models located in the Learning Resources Centers are available for use in their LRC by all members of the Jefferson community. They may be borrowed for use outside an LRC by faculty members when such use will not obstruct Jefferson curriculum needs.

Requests for borrowing models are accepted only via our reservation form.

The faculty member must accept financial responsibilty for the care of the model(s) by answering yes to the question “I have reviewed the policies and fees applicable to the services I am requesting” on the reservation form.
Damages to models will be charged to the borrower.
