Photocopy Machines

Library photocopy machines provide black and white copying on standard 20 lb paper. Seven photocopy machines are located throughout the Library:

2nd floor	3 copiers and 1 combination copier/laser printer
3rd floor	2 copiers
4th floor	1 combination copier/laser printer (Available 24 hours per day)

All machines accept Jefferson copy cards only; none will accept coins or bills.

Jefferson copy card

Purchase copy cards at the 2nd floor Circulation Window. The fee for Jefferson faculty, students, and staff; alumni; qualified affiliates; and Library members is 10 cents per copy plus a one-time charge of $1 for the card. Members of the general public may purchase a copy card for $1 plus 25 cents per copy. Copy cards are non-refundable.

Color Copies, Reductions, Enlargements and Transparencies

The copiers in the Library can do reductions and enlargements and most are stocked with a supply of letter- and legal-sized paper. The copiers are also equipped with a bypass tray for special-sized paper, letterhead or resume paper, and colored paper.

Special reproduction services (color copies, reductions, enlargements, and transparencies) are available for members of the TJU community, alumni, certified affiliates, and library members for a fee from Medical Media Services.

JEFFDOCS

JEFFDOCS is a special copy service available to Jefferson faculty, students, and staff; alumni; qualified affiliates; and library members for a fee. Requests may be submitted at the Circulation Window, online, mailed to the Library via Campus mail, or faxed to 215-503-7642. Orders are filled within 48 hours on campus.

Laser Printing

Laser printing is available is available on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors of the Scott Library, and in the Learning Resources Center on the 3rd floor of Scott. The 1st floor laser printer and the 4th floor combination copier/laser printer are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Laser prints are 10 cents per page, payable by copy card. Copy cards may be purchased at the Circulation Desk, 2nd floor Scott. Please note, copy cards are non-refundable.

The Learning Resources Center printer can print labels upon request, for 50 cents per label page.
