Photocopies

Photocopies are $0.25 per page. However, be aware that some materials may not be photocopied due to donor restrictions or their fragility.

Reproduction

The University's Medical Media Services will do all photographic work and all fees for labor and materials for the requested work will be charged to the patron. Turn around time for all services is five working days.

Publication Fee

A fee of $50.00, per image, is assessed for the one-time publication use of a photographic or digital image of materials to which the University holds reproduction rights. This fee is in addition to the fees charged to reproduce the item. While no publication fee is charged for the use of materials in a presentation, lecture, or exhibit, fees for reproduction of the item do apply.

The publication fee does not pertain to requests for reproductions used for official University purposes by faculty, staff, or students. However fees for reproduction of the item still apply.

Mail orders for all services is $2.00 for postage and handling.
For Federal Express orders, patron must supply a FedEx account number or prepaid mailer.
