The LRC in Scott Memorial Library is only one of several centers in AISR's Learning Resources Department that provide computer services and equipment, audiovisual materials and equipment, and clinical education models and services.

The Scott LRC provides the Jefferson community with audiovisual materials, medical models, and computer labs. The LRC staff is available to help with equipment and software questions. If you need help creating an Excel spreadsheet, scanning an image or burning a presentation to a CD, the LRC has the equipment and staff to help you. Staff can also provide extended assistance for 15 minutes to an hour at a time by appointment.

The LRC Lab
The Learning Resources Computer Lab
Room 307 is a computer lab classroom available for hands-on instruction or individual study for up to 30 students. You may request to use 307 for classes. Individuals may use the lab computers any time there are no classes scheduled.

Computers are also available for individual or group use in room 306 (the Service Desk area) and in the three group study rooms. These study rooms and PCs can be reserved for up to two hours a day during regular LRC hours. Reservations are not required, but are recommended when the LRC is busy. Individual workstations in 306 are set up for flatbed scanning, slide scanning, and Palm software installation.

Stop by the LRC or call 215-503-8407 if you would like to reserve a study room or individual workstation or make an appointment for extensive assistance.
