The University Archives and Special Collections public hours are Monday to Friday from 1:30-5 p.m. or by appointment. The Department collects materials in six areas:

• University Archives
• Manuscript Collections
• Art/Photograph Collection
• Memorabilia
• Vertical File & Ephemera Collections
• Book Collections

The Jeffersoniana Collection in the University Archives contains books by TJU faculty and staff. In addition, the University Archives also offers online research resources such as the Philadelphia Historical Digital Image Library (PHDIL).

The majority of the books and items within the Archives are searchable via the Library's online catalog.
