Ilaria Arpino was born in Northern Italy and has lived in
Philadelphia for the past 17 years. She studied art and illustration
in Italy at the Institute of Design and Illustration (IDI)
and at the Institute of Marketing and Communication (IMP),
as well as the School of Visual Art in New York.
Ms. Arpino has exhibited her work at several solo and group
shows in the Philadelphia area, including solo shows at the
Philadelphia Ethical Society and the Art Alliance (2001),
in addition to venues in Italy and France. She was the recipient
of the Philadelphia Art Directors' Club award in 2001.
Some of Ms. Arpino's work has also been used in national
advertising campaigns.
