Intramural Research Programs for Undergraduate Students

Kimmel Cancer Center Summer Undergraduate Research Program

A 10-week program of basic biomedical laboratory research supervised by a member of the Kimmel Cancer Center Basic Science Division faculty. Undergraduates completing their junior year in biology, genetics, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, etc., who are interested in interdisciplinary training in the area of cancer research, are eligible.
Students who are members of minorities underrepresented in the sciences are particularly encouraged to apply.

College of Graduate Studies Summer Undergraduate Research Program

Summer positions that provide students with an opportunity to work as members of a research team in the laboratories of JCGS faculty.

Sigma Xi Student Research Day

Annual opportunity for all Jefferson students and local life sciences undergraduate students to present reports on their research.
