||AV services for special events, evening (starting after 6 p.m.) and weekend classes, and meetings.
|Setup by an AV Technician at the start of each class and troubleshooting, when needed. Includes setup and assistance for portable and installed computer and video projection, sound system and microphone, laser pointer, and slide or overhead projector.
||Attendance by an AV Technician for the duration of an event.
|Central scheduling for automated lecture capture (where available), and manual recording of simulation sessions in the Hamilton building.
||Manual recording of classes or special events, webcasting, webstreaming, and videoteleconferencing.
|Access to basic AV equipment for students and student organizations between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
||Evening (after 5 p.m.) and weekend access for students and student organizations to AV equipment and services.
|Faculty and staff may reserve the Learning Resources computer classrooms in advance.
||Use of Learning Resources computer classrooms outside of normal LR hours, and/or if a technician is needed. Learning Resources computer classroom use by non-Jeffersonians.
|Access to additional features including the Sympodium interactive tablet and automated recording of lectures (CLAS) in specialized teaching spaces.
||Use of the Audience Response System (ARS).
