Scope of Covered AV Services at No Charge

The following services will be provided for curriculum-based classes starting between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays, in addition to orientation and review sessions and special skills training and simulations in the Hamilton building:

• Setup and assistance for portable and installed computer and video projection, sound system and microphone, laser pointer, and slide or overhead projector.
• The manual recording of simulation sessions in the Hamilton building.
• Access to additional features including the Sympodium interactive tablet and automated recording of lectures (CLAS) in specialized teaching spaces.
