Chargeback AV Services

All special events and non curriculum-based activities for Jefferson Colleges and Schools, in addition to all equipment and service requests for all other University and Hospital departments, including CME and GME activities, will be charged back to the requesting department or individual.

The following are not covered as “No Charge” services:

• Video conferencing and webcasting.
• The use of the Audience Response System (ARS).
• Audio and video recording of lectures or special events (other than the automated recording in specialized teaching spaces).
• Presence of an AV Technician for the duration of an event.
