Jefferson PowerPoint Templates

These files are compressed so you must extract the files in order to use them. Once extracted, you will have 5 template files (.pot) in a folder called ppt_templates:

1. JCGS_Template
2. JCHP_Template
3. JMC_Template
4. JUP_Template
5. TJU_Template

For ease of use, the appropriate template files should be moved into PowerPoint.

To move the templates into PowerPoint

1. Open the PPT Templates folder and select the files and folders that you would like to install
2. Copy the files into the Presentation Designs folder. The path to this folder is:
   Local Disk [C:]/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Templates/Presentation Designs

To Apply a Template to a Presentation

1. Click on Format, Slide Design ...
   Slide Design Template appears in the Task Pane
2. Use the scroll bar to locate the newly-installed Jefferson template(s)
3. Click on a template to select and apply it

Note: View your slides to make sure that the font changes have not altered your presentation undesirably. Do not overwrite the original file until you have reviewed your presentation.
