If you are unable to log into your course or have problems accessing course content, contact AISR Education Services at EdServices@lists.jefferson.edu. In most situations this is because the course instructor has asked that the course not be available until the first day of the semester or registration information was late with the registrar. If the course has not officially started yet, please contact your instructor first.
For help using your browser, email or other software, call the Learning Resources Centers at 215-503-8407. LRC staff are familiar with many of the Microsoft Office applications, MS Internet Explorer, JeffMail and other software commonly used on campus.
Reporting System Errors
If you can not access JEFFLINE or Pulse, or are having server errors, call the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 215-503-7975. The TAC is available 24/7 and can determine if the service is currently unavailable. They will then contact the appropriate support staff.
