Using Limits: Age Group Limit

Ovid returns the screen below. Note that these limits have reduced our search results but we still have over 1400 articles. There is still one aspect of the original search question that we need to bring into our search strategy:

During your pediatrics rotation you encounter an HIV positive 14 year-old with a suspected CMV infection. As you await the test results your resident asks you to locate some MEDLINE references that may be helpful in dealing with this case.
