Allow the ScienceDirect screen to download before clicking on any icons. None of the links are active until the page has completely loaded.

If you access ScienceDirect through JEFFLINE you will see the this initial screen:	If you access ScienceDirect using the direct link you will see this initial screen:
Click on the Alerts button to begin creating your Personal Account.	Click on the personal login button to begin creating your Personal Account.
