Jefferson has a special subscription to the handheld version
of MICROMEDEX, Clinical Xpert (formerly known as mobileMICROMEDEX). Jefferson students, faculty and staff may download it for FREE from our main MICROMEDEX site.
Clinical Xpert is a condensed version of full MICROMEDEX, useful
for quick reference in a patient care setting. The searchable database
provides access to information via drug name, clinical conditions, toxicology
information, and alternative medicine information. Alternative medicine
information is a bonus in the mobile version -- it is not included in our subscription to the full version.
- Log onto MICROMEDEX
- Click the Handheld PDA tab.
- Follow the instructions in the MICROMEDEX dialog boxes.
