The National Center for Biotechnology (NCBI) has replaced the Journal Browser in PubMed with the new Journals database, offering enhanced functionality and coverage of all Entrez databases, not just PubMed.
Searching the Journals database may be your best strategy for finding articles published in a specific journal, since you can link from the journal title record to citations for the articles published in that journal.
Journals database records include the following searchable fields:
- Journal title
- International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) - print and electronic
- MEDLINE/PubMed journal title abbreviation
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO) abbreviation
- NLM unique journal identifier
Searches can be limited to PubMed only, by selecting that option under the Limits menu:

You may also limit to PubMed only by ANDing journals pubmed [sb] to your search statement:

To retrieve citations from the selected journal:

FYI: The NLM ID links to Locatorplus, which provides additional information on the journal (e.g., dates of indexing and frequency of publication).

The citations will appear with the most recent articles listed first.
